Overview LPH Printing House is a quality printing and promotional products company with 30 years of experience. They faced significant operational challenges due to outdated system. My role was to redesign their internal ERP system to modernise workflows, improve usability and deliver a customer-centric and user-friendly experience.

Problem
LPH’s ERP system suffered from complex navigation, cluttered UI, lack of real-time visibility, and a high dependency on manual processes. These issues led to frequent miscommunication between departments and made it difficult for managers to monitor and intervene effectively, slowing down decision-making and productivity.
